By downloading, purchasing, or using PresentWell, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls where required.
What PresentWell provides
PresentWell is an expression-awareness and camera-presence practice tool. It provides on-device measurements, reminders, practice cues, aggregate progress information, and optional AI-generated coaching summaries.
Not medical advice
PresentWell is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any medical, psychological, or mental-health condition. Its outputs are general practice suggestions, may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Subscriptions
PresentWell requires a paid auto-renewing subscription. Available plans may include $59.99 per year and $12.99 per month in the United States, with local pricing determined by the App Store. There is no free plan and no free trial unless an App Store offer explicitly states otherwise.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use PresentWell for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the service except where law permits, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade subscription checks, submit unlawful content, or use the app to make high-stakes decisions about another person.
AI output
AI coaching may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your judgment. Do not rely on PresentWell for medical, employment, legal, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Availability
Camera coaching works only while the app is open in the foreground. Some features require internet access. We may change or discontinue features, maintain the service, or restrict abusive use.
Ownership
PresentWell, its design, code, content, and trademarks belong to Tepesoft or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresentWell is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results. Tepesoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PresentWell during the 12 months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.
