PresentWellThe short version
PresentWell does not record or upload camera frames, photos, video, or audio. Facial landmarks are analyzed on your device and converted into aggregate coaching scores. If you request an AI coaching summary, only those scores and limited app context are sent to our service.
Information processed on your device
During a Desk Coach session or 45-second check, the app uses the front camera to estimate expression-related signals such as smile intensity, eye engagement, face position, symmetry, and steadiness. Frames are processed in memory, are not saved, and are not sent to our servers.
Your goals, settings, coaching history, and session totals are stored locally on your device. They remain subject to Apple device backups if you enable those backups.
Information sent for AI coaching
When an AI summary is requested, PresentWell sends aggregate scores, your selected coaching goal, device class, locale, and up to seven recent aggregate scan results to presentwell-api.tepesoft.com. No biometric template, image, frame, audio, or video is included.
Our server uses Google Gemini to create the response. Requests are not stored in a PresentWell user database. Service providers may process limited technical data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Subscriptions
Apple processes payment details. RevenueCat helps the app verify subscription status and may process a pseudonymous app user identifier, product, purchase status, storefront, and related transaction metadata. PresentWell does not receive your full card details.
To measure Apple Ads performance, PresentWell may send a privacy-preserving Apple AdServices attribution token to RevenueCat. Version 1.0 does not access the IDFA or request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Technical logs and security
Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily record standard security and access information, such as IP address, timestamp, path, status code, and user agent. Request bodies are not written to access logs. Logs are used to secure and operate the service and are retained only as reasonably needed.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only with service providers needed to operate PresentWell, including Apple, RevenueCat, Google, and our hosting providers, or when required by law.
Children
PresentWell is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Your choices
You can stop camera processing by ending a session or closing the app. You can delete local PresentWell data by deleting the app. Subscription management and purchase history are controlled through your Apple Account.
